I represent property owners and managers of apartment complexes in Cook and Dupage Counties, totaling over 5,000 units. I have litigated thousands of Forcible Entry and Detainer cases and have defended landlords in most every type of landlord-tenant dispute. I represent Buyers and Sellers of commercial and residential properties and provide title insurance through Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc.

PROBATE

I am an experienced practitioner in Probate Court, handling decedent’s estates and minor and disabled adult guardianship cases. I recommend that every client have his or her own will. When you don’t have your own will, the State of Illinois provides one for you by law; however, it may not reflect your specific personal intentions. I can help you plan your estate so that your desires are properly and promptly administered.
